ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–10 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping (2–4 business days) is also available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us at hello@softformfitness.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Sale items and intimates are final sale. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at hello@softformfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

SIZING & FIT

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements and fit notes for each collection. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for the Yin Collection (relaxed fit) and sizing down for the Yang Collection (compressive fit).

Q: Do the Yang Collection pieces run small?
A: The Yang Collection is designed with a compressive, body-defining fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a less snug feel, we recommend sizing up.

Q: Are the Yin Collection pieces true to size?
A: Yes, the Yin Collection runs true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements.

PRODUCT CARE

Q: How should I wash my activewear?
A: For best results, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softener, bleach, and high heat – these can break down the fabric's elasticity and performance properties over time.

Q: Can I put my Yang Collection pieces in the dryer?
A: We recommend air drying all seamless pieces. High heat can damage the seamless construction and reduce the garment's stretch and shape retention.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Soft Form Fitness gift cards are available in our store and are delivered digitally by email.
